Our team has built complex hardware at world-class organizations like Google, NASA, SpaceX, Waymo and Amazon. Now, we are developing the software platform that will revolutionize how these products are engineered.
This role is ideal for ambitious engineers with entrepreneurial goals.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract
Build and work outbound pipeline into aerospace, defense and advanced manufacturing accounts
Run discovery with VPs of Engineering, PLM/MES/ERP admins, digital transformation leads
Partner with the founder on technical evaluations and pilot scoping
Navigate security review, ITAR/CUI questionnaires, and government-adjacent procurement
Document what works: ICP, qualification criteria, objection handling, pricing feedback
Feed the product roadmap with what you hear in the field
Help us decide what the next sales and marketing hires should be
You should have
3+ years closing enterprise B2B SaaS
Comfortable being the first sales hire
Fluent enough in technical concepts to hold a credible conversation about APIs, data models, and system integration (or eager to learn!)
Experience selling into regulated or government-adjacent buyers, or clear evidence you can learn it fast
Genuinely curious about how hardware gets designed and built
Bonus points
Sold into aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
Familiarity with CAD/PLM, ERP, MES ecosystems
Built a sales motion from zero at a Seed or Series A company
Background in engineering or a technical degree
Experience in fast-growing tech startups
Experience building products or implementing systems that comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and The Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

ITAR Requirements
